Wizard's Duel

Battle Structure

  • Type: AMRAP
  • Duration: 15 minutes
  • Goal: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

Battle Movements

  • Spell Cast (Kettlebell/DB Swings, 15 reps)
  • Shield Block (Plank Hold, 30 seconds)
  • Mage Jump (Box Jumps or Step-Ups, 12 reps)
  • Wizard Push (Push-Ups, 10 reps)

Challenge Weight

  • Spell Cast: 16-24 kg kettlebell

SideQuest

  • Arcane Mastery: If total reps exceed 150 of Swings by the end, perform a victory 60-second wall sit.

D20 Roll

  • 1-5: Reduce Spell Cast weight by 4 kg (more challenging to maintain form).
  • 6-10: Increase the duration of Shield Block to 45 seconds.
  • 11-15: Reduce the number of Mage Jumps by 3.
  • 16-20: Skip the next set of Wizard Push (benefit by saving energy).

End of Battle

  • Cooldown: Stretch focusing on hamstrings, shoulders, and lower back.
