To get Sniv to talk, you must demonstrate your mastery of the arcane arts through a series of magical feats, proving your worth and gaining his trust. If you receive 8 XP during the workout, Sniv divulges the secret spell. Proceed to the next workout.

- Arcane Burst (Burpees): Perform a standard burpee, ensuring a full push-up at the bottom and a jump at the top. Alternative: Step back instead of jumping back to a plank.
- Mystic Twist (Russian Twists): Sit with your torso at a 45-degree angle, holding the weight with both hands. Twist from side to side, tapping the weight on the floor each time. Alternative: Use no weight and clasp hands together.
