Choose Your Class

Classes are used in Campaign workouts. Your class determines how the workout is prescribed — same movements, different loading, rep schemes, and pacing. Pick the class that best matches where you are right now. You can always switch as you grow.


⚔️ Warrior

Focus: Strength

Heavier loads, lower reps, compound movements. The Warrior trains to be immovable — grinding through resistance and building raw power. If you have a solid foundation with dumbbell training and want to prioritize lifting heavy, this is your class.

Best for: intermediate to advanced trainees who want strength as the primary driver.


🏹 Ranger

Focus: Endurance

Moderate loads, higher reps, sustained effort. The Ranger is built for the long haul — efficient, consistent, and rarely stopped. If you want to build stamina alongside strength and hold a pace over time, choose the Ranger.

Best for: anyone who enjoys conditioning work and wants to build aerobic capacity alongside strength.


🗡️ Rogue

Focus: Speed & Power

Bodyweight-heavy, fast transitions, HIIT-style intensity. The Rogue moves quick, hits hard, and doesn’t linger. If you love high-intensity work, explosive movements, and want to push your conditioning ceiling, the Rogue is your path.

Best for: intermediate trainees who enjoy fast-paced, high-output sessions.


🔮 Mage

Focus: Control & Mobility

Tempo-based, deliberate movements, with an emphasis on stability and flexibility. The Mage trains with intention — every rep controlled, every position earned. If you’re newer to training, coming back from a break, or want to build a strong foundation before adding load, start here.

Best for: beginners, those returning to training, or anyone who wants to prioritize movement quality.
