6 rounds [in round 1, roll 1x D6, that will determine your reps…in round 2, roll 2x D6 to determine reps and so on until you are rolling 6x D6’s to determine your rep counts]


  • Bench Press [Dumbbell or Barbell or Pushup]

  • Jump Squat [or Bodyweight Squat]

  • Hanging Knees to Elbow [or Leg Raises]
